Catálogo de hongos (Ascomycota y Basidiomycota) de la Colección Micológica del Herbario Nacional del Ecuador (QCNE) del Instituto Nacional de Biodiversidad (INABIO)

El Herbario Nacional del Ecuador (QCNE) Instituto de Biodiversidad conserva la primera colección micológica sector público y más representativa país con 6200 especímenes entre hongos liquenizados, siendo los (4400) el eje este trabajo. La nació en 1999 forma parte QCNE, esta investigación toma como base vouchers las muestras registros digitados fichero excel a partir 2013 (hongos), objetivo presente trabajo es divulgar comunidad científica contenido características reportar listado especies QCNE. repositorio se encuentra organizado siguiendo criterios literatura especializada reciente, reportan datos correspondientes divisiones Ascomycota Basidiomycota, dentro constan 12 órdenes, 30 familias, 72 géneros, 119 especies, familia mayor representatividad fue Xylariaceae 45%, género Xylaria (Xylariaceae) 31%. Basidiomycota 53 168 199 Polyporaceae 24% mejor representada, Polyporus (Polyporaceae) 14% presenta gran cantidad especímenes. Como aporte lista 318 cuales son grupo depositadas herbario QCNE INABIO.
